A little Aleja

This time were working with Campbell model Aleja Briles. This was our first shoot with Aleja and it was a fun one, especially because this is the first time in weeks we got out of the studio and shot on location (too cold). I love shooting outdoors and we caught a break with the weather so we hit the streets of Dallas. 

You can't tell from looking at Aleja, but for whatever reason it was ridiculously windy in this one spot and there was so no sunlight. We probably shot 10 images before we all got to cold lol. We switched locations asap, but not before we captured this beautiful image!.

Once we left Winterfell we headed south in search of warmth and sunlight and possibly a good starbucks. We were in luck, right next to the starbucks there was an empty office building with an orange door and whenever possible I like to add a splash of color to our images. I think it really makes them pop! What do you think?

We definitely got a wide variety of shots outdoors with Aleja this backlit one is of my favorites from the shoot, but it was starting to get cold(again). Even though the weather turned on us we all wanted to keep shooting so we headed back to the studio for some beauty shots.

Alayza went to work on her face right away, I'm always amazed at how little time it takes her once she's decided on a look. 

Our shoots don't usually take long the first time we shoot with someone, but we all got along so well we lost track of time believe or not we actually did another look!

Another amazing shoot with another great model I suspect you'll be seeing alot of Aleja around Dallas in the coming months so be on the lookout. Were looking forward to our next shoot together hopefully in better weather ; )
